Equations & how to use them
Students rarely miss questions because they can’t memorize a formula. They pick the wrong equation, apply it to the wrong system, or start calculating before they understand what’s happening.
Every equation gets the same treatment
- The situation that triggers it
- Diagnostic cues you’ll see in a passage
- What it’s really saying, in plain words
- When not to use it
- A mental shortcut for fast recognition
A decision tree walks you from description, to system, to equation.
